Shipping Policy

BestKawaii offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time 

Processing Time: 2-5 business days

A: Standard Shipping: usually arrives in 10 - 20 business days

B: Expedited Shipping: usually arrives in 3 - 5 business days (Please contact support@bestkawaii.com if you need expedited shipping.)

PS. Not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances.

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

“Business days” are considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays or scheduled service interruptions. Please check with your local postal service for all other regional restrictions and observed holidays that may delay receipt of your shipment.

Express Shipping   24.99 USD


We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if you contact us within 12 hours after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money! But any cancellation request after 12 hours will be charged 30% restocking fee based on the order.

Custom fees encountered during international import are not our responsibility. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees and any return fees if our shipment is denied or delivered due to incorrect address. 

However, we will re-ship orders that have been returned to us if they are undeliverable to the correct address. Customer satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that your shipment does not arrive or is faulty upon arrival, please contact us and we will endeavour to help you.
